At Cape Flair, we take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a small family-run business, we ensure that each return undergoes a thorough inspection before processing refunds. Please review our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Important Information
- Money-Back Guarantee: Our money-back guarantee is only valid if the product was damaged during shipping or arrived with missing parts. Due to hygiene reasons, items such as skin-tight clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetics/creams/oils are non-returnable.
- Results Disclaimer: Customer results may vary. We do not promise that the outcomes described on our landing page will be identical for every customer, as individual experiences can differ. Please use all products as directed on the packaging.
- Return Costs: We do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
Return Eligibility
You have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The order still includes all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is intact.
- The product has been handled normally and is not broken due to careless handling.
- For hygiene-sensitive products, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear to have been used or damaged due to reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects.
Return Process

Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product if there is any visible damage
- Your full name and address
Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send returns to the sender's address; wait for our confirmation to avoid any complications.
Additional Notes
- Uncollected Parcels: If a parcel is not collected or accepted by the post office, it will automatically be returned to our supplier. In this case, a €15 fee will be deducted from your refund (if a refund is requested).
- Refund Timeline: Given the high volume of returns from our recent sale, refunds may take up to 20 business days to process after the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping Origin: As our products ship from Asia, longer transit times may occur. If the product is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the item before requesting a return.
Cancellation and Refund
If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, please inform us via email with a clear statement of your decision. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product, excluding any additional shipping costs.
